What Is a Snapscore on Snapchat?
Snapscore is Snapchat’s way of rewarding you with points for your activities on the platform. It’s a score displayed on your and your friends' Snapchat profiles.
This score is determined using factors like the number of Snaps you’ve received and sent,the Stories you’ve posted, and a “couple of other factors,” that the company doesn’t explicitly mention. Essentially, your Snap score indicates that the higher your score is, the more active you’re on the platform. A high Snapscore means a high level of activity on Snapchat.

Snapchat doesn’t mention how high your score can go (some super active users have achieved a multi-million figure score), so you may keep working on it to improve it. Also, you never lose your Snapscore—it remains as is regardless of whether you’re an active user or not.
How to View Your Snapscore
you may view your Snapscore from within the Snapchat app on your iPhone or Android phone.
To do that, launch the Snapchat app on your phone. In the app’s top-left corner, tap your profile icon orBitmoji.
On your profile page, beneath your name, you’ll find your Snapscore (a numeric string).
To view more details about your score, tap the score. You can then see the number of Snaps you’ve sent and received.

How to View Your Friend’s Snapscore
Snapchat also allows you to view your friends' Snapscores. However, note that you can’t view someone’s Snapscore who isn’tyour friendorhas blocked you.
To start, launch Snapchat on your phone and tap your profile icon or Bitmoji in the top-left corner.
On the following page, select “My Friends.”

Log Out and Back Into the Snapchat App

To start the log-out process, launch Snapchat on your phone and tap your profile icon or Bitmoji in the top-left corner.
In the top-right corner of the page that opens, tap the gear icon.
In the “Settings” menu, at the bottom, select “Log Out.”
Choose “No” in the prompt.
Close and reopen the Snapchat app. Then, enter your login details andcheck your Snapscore.
Report a Bug to Snapchat
If your Snapscore still hasn’t updated, there might be a bug on the company’s end. In this case, submit a bug report to Snapchat and let them look into it. Again, you’re able to do this from within the Snapchat app on your phone.
To start, open Snapchat on your phone. Then, tap the profile icon or Bitmoji in the top-left corner and choose the gear icon in the top-right corner.
On the “Settings” page, select “I Spotted a Bug.”
On the “Bug” page, choose “Profile.”
Tap the text field and explain your issue. Optionally,attach a screenshotof your current Snapscore if you want. Then, tap “Choose Topic” and select “Snapscore.”
Send your bug report by tapping “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
Snapchat will receive and review your report. You’ll have to wait for Snapchat to get back to you with more details.
