If you’re a Star Wars fan, you’re well catered for with Disney+. It has all the classic and modern movies, along with shows made exclusively for the streaming platform. In fact, there’s so much to watch that it’s tricky to know where to start.

To help you out, I’ve ranked all the live-action Star Wars shows streaming exclusively on Disney+, ordered from worst to best.

Despite a limited appearance in the original Star Wars trilogy, bounty hunter Boba Fett became a fan favorite, in part because of his mysterious nature and cool armor. After various reappearances, particularly inThe Mandalorian, the character received his own show in the form ofThe Book of Boba Fett.

The trouble is, putting Boba front and center removes his intrigue, and the show suffers from inconsistent pacing and some wooden acting. Bizarrely, some episodes sideline Boba in favor of characters fromThe Mandalorian, suggesting even the showrunners didn’t have faith inThe Book of Boba Fettto stand alone.

Ewan McGregor’s Obi-Wan Kenobi is one of the best aspects of the prequel film trilogy, so I was cautiously excited about the suitably namedObi-Wan Kenobishow, wherein the Jedi seeks to rescue a young Princess Leia from capture.

Unfortunately, it didn’t quite stick the landing—it’s decent enough, but doesn’t fully justify its existence. While McGregor is on strong form, and the return of Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader leads to some good scenes, clunky writing lets the show down.

The Acolytetakes Star Wars in some interesting, though not always successful, directions. It begins with a dramatic killing and the mystery ramps up from there, dealing with the hubris of the Jedi.

The antagonist is sinister and powerful and there are some epic fight scenes, but the pace is uneven and some character motivations are questionable. It’s watchable, but not amazing, and is the only show so far to be officially canceled.

Ahsoka is a character from the animated world of Star Wars, primarilyThe Clone Wars. I have tried getting into those shows, but never found them particularly appealing, so I put the live-actionAhsokaaside with the assumption it’d require too much prior knowledge.

After multiple recommendations, I decided to give it a go, and I’m glad I did—though I have no doubt that those who have followed the characters in their animated form will get the most enjoyment.

Ahsokafollows the titular lightsaber-wielder and her allies as they attempt to find a friend and stop an enemy from returning. It’s not perfect, but the action and villains are great.

Pirates! In space! If that doesn’t sell you onSkeleton Crew, I don’t know what will. Alongside Jude Law having a grand time as a charming manipulator on the hunt for treasure,Skeleton Crewtells the story of four children trying to find their way back home.

Skeleton Crewis fantastical and sometimes silly (in a good way), while still maintaining a sense of peril with a genuinely engaging mystery. It’s family-friendly fun, like an old Amblin movie.

The Mandalorianwas a launch show for Disney+ and has become the most iconic, in no small part thanks to Baby Yoda. It’s that little green character—officially called Grogu—that the lead bounty hunter is tasked with transporting to safety.

Pedro Pascal lends his voice to the enigmatic Mando in a show that is sleek and action-packed. The third season isn’t quite as good as the prior two, but it’s all worth watching.

Not only isAndorthe best live-action Star Wars show, it’s also one of thebest shows on Disney+period. While it’s a direct prequel toRogue One, featuring some of the same characters,Andorworks on its own as a complex and thrilling story of rebellion away from the usual Jedi and lightsabers.

At the time of writing,Andoris soon to return for a second and final season. If it manages to live up to the success of the first, the show deserves to sit firmly atop the podium.

If you want toget your money’s worth out of Disney+, you could easily binge these Star Wars shows in a month or two—or just focus on the best ones likeAndorandSkeleton Crew, if you don’t feel the need to consume everything in a galaxy far, far away.
